From Insecurity to Purpose My 'Why' is simple: I know what it feels like to be uncomfortable in your own skin.
Growing up, I was the kid who refused to take his shirt off on holiday. I was hyper-aware of my bony shoulders and prominent collarbones. Despite playing football at an Academy level for a Premier League team, I struggled with the pressure and felt I was missing out on a 'normal' life.
I first stepped into a gym at 15, but like many of you, I quit because I had no idea what I was doing. It wasn’t until I was 19 after walking away from high level football - that I committed to change. I stopped feeling sorry for myself and started building the foundations of the physique and mindset I have today.
More Than Just "Gym Floor" Experience
Passion is great, but expertise gets results. My coaching isn't based on guesswork; it's built on a diverse professional background:
Clinical Health: I spent years working in Exercise Therapy in hospitals across the South of England. I learned the critical difference between proactive health (building a resilient body) and reactive health (fixing it after it breaks).
Exercise Psychology: I studied Exercise Psychology at the University of Chichester because I wanted to understand the mind behind the muscle. I know that if we don't fix your behaviors, motivation, and mindset, the physical results won't stick.
Leadership: Years working in Senior Leadership in education taught me how to manage high-performance environments and guide others to their potential.
From Lockdown to Global Coaching.
The spark began during the lockdown of 2020. While the world stood still, I saw firsthand how the sudden loss of routine and gym access impacted people's mental and physical well-being. It became clear: people needed more than just a PT on a gym floor; they needed a comprehensive support system they could access anywhere.
I officially launched BM Coaching in 2023 to bridge that gap. The response was incredible, and the results spoke for themselves. But my vision was bigger. I wanted to create a platform that combined elite performance, psychology, and lifestyle design on a global scale.
On January 1st, 2025, we evolved into StriveOn-a bigger, better service designed to help driven people worldwide.

Practicing What I Preach
I currently live in the Middle East, continuing to push my own limits. In 2025, I took up running and Hyrox racing, setting new goals while maintaining the muscle I worked so hard to build.
I still have that underlying fear of 'shrinking' back into that skinny kid, but I use it as fuel. I am in the trenches with you, balancing performance goals with a busy life, proving that you really can have it all.
