Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need a gym membership?

A: Not necessarily. We coach many clients who train from home or run outdoors. However, for specific physique or Hyrox goals, access to weights is highly recommended.

Q: Does the plan change?

A: Yes. The plan can and will change whenever it is required. If your schedule changes, you get injured, or your goals shift, we adapt the plan immediately to keep you moving forward.

Q: I'm a beginner. Is this too advanced for me?

A: No. We have coached people who have never stepped in a gym before. Because the plan is 1-1, it is built exactly for your current level, ensuring you progress safely.

Q: Is there a contract?

A: We strongly recommend a minimum commitment of 6 months. This allows us enough time to make real physiological changes and, more importantly, embed the habits that will last a lifetime. However, we discuss all flexible options during your application call.

How it Works From the Start Until the End.

Step 1: The Deep Dive Audit - Before we write a single rep, we anaylyze your life. WE look at your training history, injury progile, diestry prefrences, and lifestyle constraints (kids, work hours, travel).

Step 2: The Strategy Call - We get on a call to define success. We set realistic targets for your phsique, health and performance (e.g., “Sub-20min 5k” or “Drop 5kg fat”).

Step 3: Execution & the App - You get access to your bespoke plan via the app. You know exactly what to do every single day. No guessing.

Step 4: The Feedback Loop - This is where the coaching happens. Every week, you submit a detailed check-in for video feedback. Plus, every 6 weeks, we jump on a live call to review progress and maintain that crucial humal connection.
